Girlfriends is an American comedy-drama sitcom that premiered on September 11, 2000, on UPN and aired on UPN's successor network, The CW, before being cancelled in 2008. The final episode aired on February 11, 2008.
When Girlfriends returned in fall 2007 for its eighth season, it became the longest-running live-action sitcom on network television that was on air that year, as well as one of the highest-rated scripted shows on television among African American adults and women 18-34, including its spin-off The Game.

Season 7 Episode 9: He Had A Dream
Lynn is in the recording studio with Big Boi and shifting and looking uncomfortable so he asks her to relax and speak her mind and Lynn admits she's had to go to the bathroom for the last half hour but didn't want him to think she wasn't into the music and he tells her to go to pee, she starts to get up and the says "are you sure cause I can hold it" and again he tells her to go and she quickly runs off-screen to relieve herself.
Season 7 Episode 12: I Want my Baby Back
One of the plots in this episode centers around Joan(Tracee Ellis Ross) being uncomfortable using the bathroom at her boyfriend Aaron's house as she "wants to leave a little mystery" in the relationship, the opening scene has her frantically knocking on the door until Lynne(Persia White) opens the door causing her to rush inside to the bathroom, she later rushes home to use the bathroom a second time later on making some excuse to Aaron about fertilizing her garden, she then emerges from Lynn's bathroom with a look of relief on her face and Lynn tells Joan that she "really needs to start kicking in for some toilet paper"
