Monk (Tony Shalhoub) is flabbergasted to see a man peeing in a busy New York City subway station. Sharona (Bitty Schram) yells at the urinator.
Season 3 Episode 13: Mr. Monk Gets Stuck in Traffic
Monk is conducting an investigation alongside a road, but 12-year-old Julie (Emmy Clarke) needs to pee badly. She even threatens at one point to pee in the back seat of his car, and he offers her $10 not to do so. This prompts a protest from Julie's mom, who says "You can't pay a person not to pee!" Julie takes the money but later gives it back, saying she can't hold it. Eventually she uses the bathroom in the band Korn's bus.
