A man dies while sitting at the poker table at a casino. The CSI team finds urine on his seat, and concludes that he stayed at the table rather than excuse himself to the bathroom for fear of showing weakness. In the DVD commentary, the director says this was inspired by true accounts of people wetting themselves in casinos.

The boxer Javier Molina (Greg Serano) is talking to CSI investigators Sara Sidle (Jorja Fox) and Warrick Brown (Gary Dourdan) and he is giving a urine sample into a cup while standing over the toilet which he hands to a guy.when he is done. This is shown from the waist up with some audio. In the DVD commentary, the director discusses the show's policy for keeping urination scenes non-explicit.

A bagboy at a grocery store pees his pants in fright as the store is robbed. His wet pants are shown briefly as a detective interviews him.

Women are found dead with urine in their stomachs, and it turns out they are following a doctor's advice to drink their own pee to prevent signs of aging. In a flashback scene, a woman is shown pouring pee from a bedpan into a glass then drinking it.

A man is found dead in a field, and one of the investigators mentions that his underpants were soaked in urine. Later, video evidence of his death is uncovered, showing him peeing his pants after being asked to jump from a helicopter with no parachute as a reality TV stunt. His pants are very briefly shown but do not appear to be wet because they have probably dried by then.
