The secretary Lee (Maggie Gyllenhaal) is told by her boss to sit at a desk without moving until he gets back. Eventually she pees herself. The peeing sound is heard, and the stream is very briefly shown trickling off the chair into a puddle on the floor.

Lee goes into the bathroom to fantasize about her boss, and another woman is shown sitting on the toilet and reacting to the sound of Lee's masturbation. This woman appears to be studying a book rather than peeing, however. Also, at one point Lee mentions that a man keeps ordering her to pee on his patio.
