Comedy

Mr. and Mrs. Weedle are desperate to find two babies, for their rich uncle has sent them money for years thinking they have children. Now that he’s coming into town, the couple must find a pair of babies as soon as possible. The Our Gang kids are ready for the job, but a 27-year old midget is also in the running for the job and he doesn’t play fairly.

A chubby kid named Joe Cobb gets into a fight and unknowingly punches his mum multiple times when she was trying to break it up so she forces him into a baby bonnet, a dress and a nappy and then puts him in a pram as punishment and though the dress covers the nappy in some shots the nappy is actually visible and the gang make fun of him for it but unfortunately due to it being a silent film you can't actually hear them.
