Tom gets put into a bassinet and gets given a baby bottle filled with milk which he ends up liking and he ends up acting like a baby to make himself laugh but unfortunately for him Jerry ends up seeing him and playing Rock-A-Bye Baby and making crying sounds followed by sucking his thumb and saying baby babble to mock him. Tom ends up chasing Jerry to a doll house however Jerry finds a doll there and decides to wear its clothes and a song called "Strolling through the park' plays and Tom ogles at Jerry until his bloomers start to fall off revealing his tail.

Butch, Topsy and Meathead tossed Tom like a ball causing him to land in a fish bowl, resulting in a leaking diaper.

Tom gets his diaper changed after he was tossed into the fish bowl and gets put into rubber pants and then they throw a gold fish in his rubber pants for some reason. Then they sing a Brazilian song called 'Mamãe Eu Quero' the title translates to 'Mom, I want it' and the lyrics translates to "Mommy I want... Mom I want... Mommy i Want my Bottle give the pacifier give the pacifier give the pacifier or the baby will cry."
