Season 3 Episode 7: Allie's Affair
At the beginning of the episode Allie (Jane Curtin) is dismayed to see an "out of order" sign on the door to the ladies room and moans out loud "oh no, don't do this to me", an older guy walking by thinks he's talking to her but Allie remarks that she was "talking to fate" and gestures towards the sign and the guy offers her the use of the men's room saying that it's empty, Allie embarrassingly says she couldn't, the guy offers to "Stand guard", Allie still says no and the guy notices her shifting in desperation and remarks "delays have dangerous ends, Henry V" and Allie finally gives in and goes to use the men's room remarking on how embarrassing it is saying "I don't know you, and you know I go to the bathroom".
Season 5 Episode 6: Brother, Can You Spare a Dime?
After Allie accidentally leaves her purse in a cab she wanders around the city and wonders how homeless people go to the bathroom while shifting uncomfortably in desperation, she comes upon a cafe and asks if she can use the bathroom and the owner says it's for customers only, Allie says she'll be a customer tomorrow and order everything and the owner replies "then you can use the bathroom tomorrow" and unfortunately no further references are made to Allie's plight after that.
Season 5 Episode 15: Almost Married (a.k.a.) And Then There Were None
Allie and Kate are in a cabin and Allie wants Kate to go with her to the outhouse due to her being scared to go alone. Kate is reluctant to go out and Allie points out she's gone with her to the bathroom in restaurants before and Kate insists that was different because those were proper ladies rooms and Allie then asks for Kate to listen at the door of the cabin while she goes to the outhouse (so she can hear her if she screams) and Kate does so, after a beat Allie screams and runs back inside saying that there were two dead rabbits hung up in the outhouse. After some discussion and concern between the two of them over their missing boyfriends Kate goes out to look for them while Allie stays behind, after Kate leaves Allie moves around in desperation singing a song to herself about how she still has to go to the bathroom but she won't because she'd "rather die", then she gets scared by some guy with an ax and runs off to look for Kate, later on she finds the missing boyfriends and Kate in another cabin(as it turned out they went to the wrong cabin by mistake), after some discussion between Kate, Allie and the boyfriends the guy with the ax (who turns out to be the caretaker) shows up again and Allie gets frightened and runs off-screen into the bathroom to relieve herself with her later emerging and remarking on how great the bathrooms are.
