After waking up Shrek tries to put the campfire out and burns his foot in the process, Donkey sees that, lifts his leg up and pees on a campfire extinguishing it. This scene happens during a montage and in a previous scene it's implied Donkey was peeing as well because we see him shaking his hoof while Shrek waits for him.
