Julia (Andie MacDowell) while staying at a hospital really needs to pee but is reluctant to go because the bathroom is on the other side of the room and she doesn't want the other patients to recognise her because she is a famous actress. She eventually relents and after conversing with the other patients she then goes to use the bathroom. She is then shown struggling for a moment to pull her skirt down before she finally manages to do so and sits on the toilet to pee. She sighs and moans a little in relief.
