Louise gets panic attacks whenever she tries to step out of her car. When she needs to pee she resolves this by peeing in a cup, the car seat blocks the view and there is little to no pee audio. After she finishes she throws the cup out the door.

Later Louise's car is stolen with her in it. Still afraid to leave the car, the thief gives her a fast food cup to pee in. Once again the shot as she does this is from the chest up, with little to no pee audio. She is shown holding the cup full of liquid, and she once again throws it out the window.
