Isa (Barbara Sloesen) is in the process of moving in with her boyfriend Ruben (Jim Bakkum). As part of her morning routine she secretly sets up her phone alarm to wake her up just before their clock alarm so she can go to the bathroom and sit on the toilet to pee on her own without him hearing her and so she can get ready in general.

Now properly moved in, Isa is shown sitting on the toilet peeing, again doing her morning routine but suddenly stops frozen when Ruben walks in having woken up early. She tries to hold it in while she waits for him to leave. As he turns on the sink the last bit of pee comes out as she struggles to hold back her poop. As he then kisses her and walks out of the bathroom, she can't hold it anymore lets out a fart and falls forward causing her to drop the toothpaste on the floor.

Isa is shown rushing into a cafe desperate to use the restroom as she goes off screen to do so while her friends wait for her. She then comes out relieved and it's revealed she has been pooping there instead of at home because she is again embarrassed to do so around Ruben.

Isa again goes to do her morning secret bathroom routine. Eventually later in the film Ruben catches on but he believes it's because she's cheating on him. At the end of the film after she lets down her defences and lets him see her as a mess she says she'll no longer set her own alarm and wait for the clock one so they can get up together. When he asks will she be pooping at home from now on she says one step at a time.
