In the opening scene, Billy (Vincent Gallo) is released from prison and has to pee desperately. He runs around looking for a place where he can go, and finally winds up in a dance studio restroom. However, another guy (Michael Maciejewski) is at the other urinal, and Billy is extremely homophobic and resents that the guy glances at him and comments on Billy's big penis. Billy runs the guy out of the bathroom, but then finds himself unable to pee after that encounter.

Finally Billy gets to pee on a tree along a residential street. He is shown from the chest up, and we hear him peeing and sighing in relief.
