Season 1 Episode 10: The Thousand Pranks War: Part I
Danger Force pulls an elaborate prank on team Rivalton, one part of which putting water in their HQ which when consumed makes you feel like you've drank a gallon, resulting in all the members of Rivalton desperately having to pee after having a sip, when Maddie(Gabrielle Neveah Green)says she really has to pee, one of the others jokes that that's why they call her "small bladdie Maddie", they head for the bathroom only to find it bricked, Maddie says they can go outside and pee, only for Danger Force(who are watching them on monitors)to press a button locking the front door and preventing them from leaving resulting in Maddie moaning and grabbing herself in desperation, finally team Rivalton can hold it no longer and it's implied they all wet themselves.

After taking a single sip of her drink, Maddie claims it went "straight to my bladdie" and goes to the bathroom. As soon as she comes out of the bathroom, she is informed of the group's plan and she replies that she better pee first, prompting another character to say he worries about her. Near the end of the episode, the Rivalton and Danger Force teams are in a showdown and Maddie again needs to pee. Throughout the whole scene, she is holding herself (even jumping out of the way while doing so) and at one point mentions needing to have a bladder enlargement.
