Season 1 Episode 7: A Gay Olde Christmas
The group stops in a historical museum so Grace can use the bathroom. They first have to buy something and then take the tour as she then desperately runs off screen to go pee. She then returns later relieved however it's revealed in the end she accidentally used one of the store's antique toilets prompting the gang to make a hasty move out of there having spent the entire episode in a historical setting fantasy after taking the tour.

Season 3 Episode 7: What a Dump
Grace eats Mexican food before going on a date. The following morning after having also eaten during her date combined with the Mexican food from before she needs to poop badly as she clutches her stomach. It's then revealed she clogged the toilet and the rest of the episode involves her trying to cover it up but she ends up destroying her date's bathroom.
