The vicar Geraldine (Dawn French) chains herself to the church gate as a protest. Alice (Emma Chambers) expresses admiration at Geraldine's dedication and "bladder the size of Lake Titicaca," and this talk gets Geraldine needing to pee badly. Finally the vicar lets a man take her place in the chains, and she rushes off to the loo with her hand at her crotch.
