Season 2 Episode 6: Dog Adoption Day
Dina(Lauren Ash) won't go to the bathroom because she used her allotted bathroom break and Garrett is on her back for not letting him break the rules. She claims she can hold it in indefinitely, but she finds herself dancing desperately while at an outdoor fountain display then after her shift she has to buy something so she can use the bathroom as a customer.

Season 4 Episode 2: Baby Shower
Dina is dressed as an angel and suspended on a rope over a toy village for a photoshoot and is unable to get down and calls out for Matteo to help her saying "I really need to pee, this quaint little village is about to get flooded!". Though unfortunately her need to pee isn't brought up again after that.
