Kay (Karen Colston) is a neurotic woman who gets an unwelcome houseguest in the form of her animal-like sister Dawn a/k/a Sweetie (Genevieve Lemon). Kay and her husband tell Sweetie and her boyfriend to stop having sex so they can go through the bedroom to use the toilet. Afterwards Sweetie says, mockingly, "Have you done your wee-wees?"

Kay and her husband and father are going on a trip, but Sweetie locks herself in the car so that they will have to take her. Her father decides to wait until she comes out to use the toilet, but instead she squats alongside the car and pees in the gutter. You see her squatting in her skirt, briefly hear the hissing, and see the small puddle afterwards.
