Scenes
At the start of the movie, a man lies in a bathtub and urinates underwater with his penis and stream shown. The DVD commentary confirms that this is a real pee scene, and the actor took vitamins to make his stream extra yellow.
Sofia (Sook-Yin Lee) sits on a toilet and pees very loudly for nearly 25 seconds, starting and stopping her stream while doing Kegel exercises. (In an earlier scene, a group of lesbians had told her that this might help her have an orgasm.) In the DVD commentary, the actress said she drank three glasses of water and peed for real, but the director said he dubbed in the pee audio anyway. The director also said that she was in such a hurry to pee that she wouldn't wait for the lighting to be set.
The five stages of female pleasure are discussed, with "micturition" being stage four.
