Scenes
A girl places a curse on three high school classmates, causing them to prematurely age. One of the cursed girls, Danielle (Julie Benz), becomes incontinent as a result. She goes into a grocery to buy adult diapers, but the cashier (Gavin, played by Chris D'Elia) delays her long enough that she has a noisy wetting accident in the checkout aisle. She tells Gavin that her perfume bottle was leaking, so he rushes to clean it up and even dabs some of it on his cheeks as she runs out of the store in embarrassment. (This scene is briefly reprised in the closing credits.)
In a later scene, Danielle goes off camera to pee while talking to two other girls. Peeing sounds are heard for less than 5 seconds, followed by a flush.
Danielle is shown walking around in her adult diaper while talking on the phone to one of the other girls. Also, there is a brief shot of an Internet image of a man wearing a diaper while being dominated by a leather-clad woman.
