Vittorio (Aldo Maccione) is swimming in the Amazon when he encounters a group of seven or eight Indian men who piss into the river toward him while laughing. This is shown from the front from the waist up, with faked streams visible squirting upward from several of the men. There is also a shot of them from behind, with no streams obvious. Carmen (Giannina Zusi Berges) tells Vittorio they are doing that to attract piranhas, so he quickly gets out of the water.
