Martha (Marisa Tomei) is pregnant. At the very beginning, she sneezes at the breakfast table and tells her husband, "Oh! You never really appreciate bladder control until it's gone."
Martha sneezes again later in a crowded office, then shifts uncomfortably in her seat as if she's just peed herself.
