In a deleted scene on the DVD, John (Owen Wilson) pees in the yard while trying to get his dog Marley to pee there. He even shows how to lift a leg while peeing, but it's a little awkward when his neighbor Steve (Stephen Lee Davis) sees John's outdoor peeing demonstration.
