Juno (a 16-year-old played by Elliot Page) goes to a drugstore to take her third pregnancy test of the day, hoping that the first two were defective. "I just drank my weight in Sunny D, and I gotta go pronto," she tells the sarcastic clerk, who hands her the key to the restroom. He reminds her to pay for the "pee-stick" when she's done using it: "Don't think it's yours just because you marked it with your urine." She is shown sitting on the toilet and is briefly heard peeing.

Juno mentions that being pregnant makes her "pee like Sea Biscuit." Later, Juno's water breaks and she briefly thinks that she might have peed her pants.
