Mikey (Sean Astin) is desperate to pee, and begs a woman to let him use the bathroom as a friend teases him with poured water. Finally he gets to the toilet but finds a deformed man ("Chunk," played by Jeff Cohen) tied up in the basement and doesn't pee at all.
A group of teenagers is exploring a cave. One announces it is time for a "pee break," and they are shown separating into girls and guys and going off to do the deed. The camera does not follow the girls, but the guys are shown.
