This is an ultra-low-budget film designed to be as disgusting as possible. It includes lots of vomiting, shitting, farting, etc., all of it faked to the point of being absurd and stupid. In the first pee scene, the protagonists are trying to gross out restaurant diners by showing them a videotape of the chef pissing in their soup and piping the sewage from the women's restroom into their food.
