Mika (Miho Nomoto) is a hermaphrodite; i.e., she has both male and female organs. One day she is walking with several other characters when she abruptly stops, turns to the side, and takes a standing pee by the side of some railroad tracks. The stream is visible and possibly audible, but the background music makes it very hard to hear.

Wetness

A female assassin disguised as a schoolgirl is lifted into the air and choked. She wets herself as a result, and the pee is shown running down her leg and onto the floor.
