Shizuko (Kaori Asô) and her stepmother are being held captive by three men and three women. Shizuko needs to pee, but is first forced to give her stepmother an enema as the stepmother is hoisted into the air. Shizuko is then tied to a pole with a bowl at her feet, and there is a race to see which of the two women loses control first. Eventually the mother's enema comes bursting out of her like a fire hose, and the daughter loses control and pees through her loincloth into the bowl (with some of it missing). The female captors then take Shizuko's wet loincloth off and stick it in her mouth as a gag.
