The female lead character (Shizuko, played by Aya Sugimoto) is kidnapped, tied up, and forced to drink a diuretic. She is told to pee or else her female bodyguard, who has also been kidnapped, will be tortured. The bodyguard tells her not to do it just to spare her from suffering, but finally she pees after being penetrated by the phallic-shaped noses on the masks of two men. She lets loose with a powerful stream that arcs out over one of the masked men, as a man wearing a white dress and earmuffs coordinates the activities. This is not a true porno movie and all of this is clearly faked, though Shizuko is completely naked.
