Scenes
Solly (Marco Hofschneider) -- known as "Jupp" to the Germans -- runs into the trees to pee, grabbing his crotch, while out with the German army. He is shown from the chest up as a grateful smile spreads across his face. However, he has to zip up quickly when other soldiers approach, because he doesn't want anyone to see that he has no foreskin.
Upon waking from a nightmare while at the school for Hitler Youth, Solly finds a wet spot on his sheets.
At the end of the film (after the Holocaust), Solly and his brother Isaak (René Hofschneider) take a pee out in the open together. It is intended to symbolize the men's new willingness to be honest about their Jewish faith by exposing their circumcised penises. Truly a pee scene with a noble purpose.
