Sylvia (Hana Liska) is being held naked by a captor trying to pressure her to give away financial information. She resists, but she is forced to drink a huge amount of water, then a metal pail with electrical wires attached to it is placed below her exposed vulva. The plan is clear, what she drank will be turned into her urine, work it's way through her, and will eventually have to be urinated out by her. Into the pail, electrocuting her in a very sensitive area. She tries to hold it in, but eventually she is forced to urinate, with her urine shown flowing out of her vulva as she urinates. She is painfully electrocuted as she pees, and the pain, and feeling of finally draining her full bladder, overwhelm her, and she agrees to cooperate. There are shots of her urinating vulva during this scene. The electrocution of the actress is faked, but her urination is real with explicit shots of her urine flowing out of her vulva as she urinates. The DVD has a behind the scenes feature called "When you gotta go you gotta go" which is a behind the scenes feature about the actress Hana Liska performing an unsimulated peeing scene in front of the camera.
