At the very beginning, three women are standing erect at the urinals. The girl on the right can be seen shaking off a few times. No streams are visible but the audio is heard. Later, they are seen in the ladies room sitting on the toilets in the stalls. At the end, they can be seen standing at the urinals again, this time they also salute to the American flag while supposedly peeing.

Toilet

A woman (Leah Rose) can be seen sitting on a toilet with her panties pulled down, twice.

Stream

A man can be seen peeing near a tree, with a likely faked stream. Later he can be seen using a urinal while a woman (Leah Rose) is sitting on a toilet in a stall.

Implied

A woman (Leah Rose) walks into the men's restroom holding a pee device and walks over to a urinal while talking, then she pretends to lift/unzip her skirt (even though she has a zipper on the back) and pretends to pee in a urinal. There is a man using a urinal next to her. Later she can be seen using a urinal again with the same man and even later they can both be seen peeing into one and the same toilet with very likely fake streams.
