Scenes
The main character (Le Van Loc) stops along the street to piss, and his cyclo is stolen while his back is turned.
His sister (Tran Nu Yen-Khe) is hired out as a prostitute to a select clientele. Her first client is a middle-aged man who insists that she piss. She doesn't want to do it and she sobs as he forces her to drink bottled water. Finally she pees standing up over a bowl, and the trickling stream is shown coming from between her legs (obviously faked).
There are two brief additional scenes in which male characters stand and apparently urinate.
Some of the cyclo drivers discuss how it hurts them to piss because the hard labor has injured them.
