The blind samisen-teacher Shunkin Mozuya (Tokuko Watanabe) was using the Japanese-style toilet while her apprentice Sasuke Nukui (Jiro Kawarazaki) watching for ready to help her wipe. There is no pee sound or nudity here.
Female Tame

Later in this film, Shunkin asked Sasuke to lookout in the alley entrance for covering her peeing on road side. Although a little butt was revealed under her kimono, there is no stream, sound or puddle was shown in this scene.
