At one point in the movie, Kazan, who is a mentally challenged savant, suddenly starts peeing onto the floor. The characters comment it's disgusting, and Dr. Holloway, who has been put in charge of taking care of him, instructs him not to do it there, and guides him over to the corner of the room to finish peeing. Shortly after, one of the characters complains that now they will have to smell piss.
