Later, Caligula tortures Proculus (Donato Placido) to death while two slave girls laugh at the man's plight. After Proculus is dead, one of the girls (Agrippina, played by Lori Wagner) stands over him and pisses on his body while the other (Messalina, played by Anneka Di Lorenzo) wiggles her fingers in the stream. Some versions of the DVD contain a special feature, "Caligula's Pet: A Conversation with Lori Wagner," in which the actress discusses performing this scene. She volunteered to pee on camera to help her career, and drank lots of water to be able to do so. In the DVD commentary, Malcolm McDowell claims that it took forever before Wagner could pee for the camera. According to the book "Everything You Know About Sex Is Wrong", Wagner was only supposed to pee for the first two takes, and was scolded by director Tinto Brass for peeing in the third take as well.

The men are standing with their backs to their cameras, and several women are shown squatting from the front and back but with no streams visible. (This scene is easy to miss, so look for it around the 1h54m point of the film.)
