In a boat on a river in the Peruvian jungle, Lars (Daryl Sabara) asks if they can stop at a village and use a bathroom. Justine (Lorenza Izzo) says if we stop then I'd like to use one too. Instead they stop on the river bank and are offered a machete to deal with snakes. Lars says he can hold it, but is told it's 3 hours to camp. 0:26:42

In the jungle Justine (Lorenza Izzo) is squatting next to a tree peeing. Lars (Daryl Sabara) approaches to do the same next to her. Justine says "this is the girls tree, find your own". Lars walks off.

The group have been captured and being held together in a cage. Amy (Kirby Bliss Blanton) says she isn't feeling well, realizing she desperately needs to shit. She apologies and starts to pull her pants down. The group yell at her to go in the corner. She squats there and has loud diarrhoea (audio only). Her friends turn away in disgust.
