Lizzie (Logan Browning) is on a bus leaving Shanghai and begins to feel ill. She mentions to Charlotte (Allison Williams) that she really needs the bathroom, but they are in the middle of nowhere. Lizzie insists, asking Charlotte to tell the bus driver to stop because she feels sick. The driver refuses to stop until she ends up being sick on the bus, saying "I really don't feel good", "I'm gonna shit myself" and "I can't hold it please". Once the bus stops she's holding her crotch but says she can't move or she'll shit. With some encouragement she slowly walks off the bus complaining she can't hold it. Next we see her squatting on the side of the road with shit beneath her on the ground. She stands up, panties around her ankles, and is sick again.
