The episode revolves around a camping trip. Heather (Doris Younane) asks where the bushes are which she hoped would cover her and is told there's plenty of trees much to her irritation as she then goes off into the woods to pee.

Liz goes into the woods as she goes behind a tree to pee while looking around to make sure she's alone. She struggles to pull her pants down for a moment but manages to do as she then squats down to pee. She sighs and moans a little in relief. She is then interrupted as she overhears a private conversation between Mel (Kate Jenkinson) and Mia (Ingrid Torelli). She wipes herself tries to go again after they leave but is unable to do so.

After conversing with Heather about her situation, Liz says she thinks she's developing cystitis and remains in pain through the episode. After a failed attempt to leave the campsite, later at night she gets up clearly in pain and desperate she wakes Heather up telling her she's ready to try and go again as Heather tells her to go on alone but Liz insists she go with her much to Heather's irritation. The two then go into the woods and after Liz is heard falling over, Heather tells Ben to come over with the torch light. The two then stand waiting for Liz as she tells them turn their backs and to talk or make ambient noise so she can go as the two talk about what Liz overheard. Liz then asks to turn the torch light on as Heather asks her how she's going as Liz says she's going to need a new pair of pants as something seems to have happened to hers as Heather goes to help her but they awkwardly are heard falling over each other.

Harry calls out to Liz as she calls out to him from the bathroom. He then opens the door accidently walks in on her on the toilet as he quickly turns away and closes the door, apologising. She isn't shown on screen though. The toilet is then heard flushing as Liz then quickly exits the bathroom, fixing her robe and follows him into the kitchen.

She is shown sitting on the toilet peeing in her boyfriend's house while talking on speaker phone to the others who are debating selling the house she used to live in with them. She is shown wiping but there's little toilet paper so she then goes over the bidet to finish cleaning herself.

She cries out in desperation and upon realising she has the keys to get in desperately opens the door as she runs to the bathroom all the while clutching herself. By the time she finally reaches the bathroom just as she moves a toilet chair out of the way she tries to undo her skirt only to shit herself unable to hold it anymore..
