Diaper

After the tragic loss of her baby shortly after birth, Martha (Vanessa Kirby) returns to work, a couple of weeks later. When she goes to the bathroom, we see that she is wearing a large white pull-up. This is probably a post-partum pull-up. The word incontinence or diaper is not mentioned anywhere in the film, nor is there any other evidence of it.
