Twice, a little boy says that he has wet his bed.
Uxbal (Javier Bardem) is shown having his morning pee, with blood in it because he has cancer. He has to wipe the bloody pee off of the toilet seat. There may be a second scene like this as well.
Uxbal wets his jeans after being roughed up by police when he intervenes to stop another man from being beaten. The large wet spot on his crotch is shown very briefly.
Uxbal tries to get to the bathroom after arriving back from a party, but does not make it in time and wets his jeans. He struggles to get his pants down and sit on the toilet. After this he has to start wearing diapers.
