Scenes

Female Implied

Unknown Episode
Kari Byron tries to turn shark skin into sandpaper using jars of her own urine. This was originally part of a "mini myth" for Episode 5.18, "Jaws Special," which may have only been posted online and not part of the TV episode. The footage was used again, including some newly released portions, in Episode 12.13, "Jawsome Shark Special".
Group Implied

Unknown Episode
In episodes from Season 1 and Season 2, the Mythbusters team examined whether peeing on an electrified train rail can electrocute you. They concluded that it can, except you would have to be unrealistically close to the rail because urine streams break into droplets that do not provide a continuous path for current.
Group Implied

Season 2 Episode 17: Viewers-Choice/Christmas Special
They proved (using a faked stream) that a urine stream cannot freeze in mid-air.
Female Tame

Season 6 Episode 7: Alaska Special (1)
Kari is shown wriggling around as she supposedly writes her name in the snow, and then zips up afterwards. Clearly faked.
Group Audio

Season 10 Episode 18: Mini Myth Medley
The team (Tory Bellecci, Grant Imahara, and Kari) tries to figure out if doing the "potty dance" helps stave off the urge to pee. They do three tests after drinking two liters of water: one in which they do normal activities, one in which they do the potty dance, and one in which they meditate. They measure how long it takes before they have to pee, and they measure their output. They go into a portable toilet to pee, accompanied by sound effects that are probably faked, and bring the urine out in containers that we see. The experiment is inconclusive, though Kari clearly has the biggest bladder capacity of the group (1.25 to 1.5 liters).
Female Implied

Season 12 Episode 14: Traffic Tricks
Kari gets desperate to pee on a road trip, and makes Grant stop at a gas station. When she gets back in the car she is sighing in relief.
