A drunk homeless man (Collinée, played by Jean-Pierre Bagot) pees his pants while sitting on the stairs of a building. A woman yells at him, and he asks if she would prefer that he pee standing up, but then says it is no longer an option as his bladder is empty. A 2-year-old boy (Kiki) pees on Commissaire Cabrol (Jacques Debary), leaving a spot on his jacket. The boy's hippie mother refuses to make him pee in a pot, saying it would restrain his freedom, so for the rest of the episode he is known as the boy who would pee anywhere.
