The stream is seen between her legs but not the source. We see her re-adjust her clothes after she's finished and wiping her hands dry on her dress.

While the opening logos are showing there is a background sound which could be someone peeing. However given the first scene is of someone cleaning a floor it is more likely this is simply water being poured.
