This movie is about a woman (Saeko, played by Misa Shimizu) who gushes out gallons of warm liquid when she becomes aroused (and, seemingly, at other times). She does this while wearing a dress in a couple of scenes, including one that takes place in a supermarket. While this is really meant to depict female ejaculation, the unusually large quantity of fluid (enough to pollute a river near her house!) causes it to resemble urination, justifying a mention on this list.
