While the asylum inmates are in the bathroom, one woman begins taking a long piss on the floor while standing up. Ellen Umlauf's character deliberately crawls between her legs, and gets peed on in the process. This appears to be genuine. She blows a raspberry onto the pissing woman's leg, then another woman sticks her hand on the pisser's wet crotch and catches the last drop or two of the stream.
