Ai (Miho Nikhaido) is a reluctant prostitute who specializes in S&M. In one scene a drug-addicted man asks Ai and another hooker to "strangle" him. They do so, causing him to pee into a condom. The camera angle is below his legs, and it shows him flooding the condom and peeing onto the ground as Ai looks on with concern that they may have inadvertently killed the man.

Ai is later called to aid Mistress Saki in her dominance of a man derisively called "Turtle Face." Saki makes Turtle Face hold a golden bowl while Ai pees into it. She is sitting on a couch with her crotch at the edge of the cushion; you first hear the splatter of the stream then the camera shows it coming from between her legs. Total pee time is about 20 seconds. Saki then forces Turtle Face to drink the urine. Both pee scenes in this film might have been faked but look very realistic.
