A bloody woman is shown urinating on a bloody man (Eric Pettigrew) as she eats his flesh. The director later revealed that the uncredited actress was Martine Viale, and that she urinated for real on cue. This is in the final segment of the film, "Right Brain / Martyrdom," and Pettigrew's character represents a Christ-like martyr figure.
