A wife and her husband make an agreement where the wife become the slave of him. A couple rent Nami for three months from a supplier who "trains" women to be slaves and submit to everything no matter how degrading, humiliating or painful.

Nami (Nami Matsukawa) is forced by her master Mikami (Jun Hongô) to drink a lot of water before a trip to a department store. When she becomes desperate to pee, he commands her to hold it in until they reach the department store bathroom, but she can't hold it in any longer. A huge gush of urine is shown shooting out through a sakura (rope binding), which was tied so tightly that she couldn't unbind it quickly enough and it added pressure on her bladder.
