Steven (a teenage boy played by Charles Baird) suffers from incontinence, and is bullied for it. He is shown going to the toilet to clean himself and change out of his wet pants, as he explains his condition in voice-over.

Audio

Many of the scenes take place in the school bathroom, including one in which a girl takes a pregnancy test. She is shown starting to put the stick between her legs, but there is no nudity. There is a very brief, faint pee-trickling sound that can barely be heard over a constant dripping in the bathroom. As she sits there another girl comes in and starts vomiting in another stall.
