Rory (James McAvoy), a muscular dystrophy patient, asks a woman he has met at a pub (Siobhan, played by Romola Garai) to unzip his pants for him so he can pee. She refuses. Rory's friend Michael (Steven Robertson) then pees in an alley, but it is raining so Rory just wets his pants.
